General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of GSMT Global Scrap GmbH

1. General Information

GSMT Global Scrap GmbH, headquartered in 73733 Esslingen am Neckar, operates a digital marketplace for the brokerage of scrap materials between sellers and buyers in the business-to-business sector. The company also provides software solutions that users of the marketplace can optionally purchase.

2. Use of the Platform and Costs

2.1 The use of the platform is generally free of charge.

2.2 A brokerage fee is charged to sellers when a successful transaction is facilitated through the platform.

2.3 Buyers do not incur any brokerage fees, and transactions remain free of charge.

2.4 Optional software solutions can be purchased separately by both sellers and buyers through a monthly or annual subscription. The prices for these additional services are displayed in the user interface of the platform.

3. Brokerage Fee and Payment Terms

3.1 The brokerage fee amounts to 1% net sum of the total volume of the completed transaction (excl. VAT).

3.2 The fee is invoiced by GSMT Global Scrap GmbH once the receipt of the delivery has been confirmed via the platform.

3.3 Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issuance. The invoicing process is automated. Invoices will be sent to the address of the seller.

4. Use of Software Solutions (Subscription Models)

4.1 The use of optional software solutions requires a digital payment method provided by GSMT Global Scrap GmbH through the platform.

4.2 The duration and costs of the chosen software subscription are transparently displayed to the user in the user interface.

5. Data Processing and Privacy

5.1 By using the marketplace, the user agrees to the processing of their personal data by GSMT Global Scrap GmbH.

5.2 Details on data processing are outlined in the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at any time on the platform.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 These GTC may be changed by GSMT Global Scrap GmbH at any time. Users will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.

6.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

6.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with these GTC is Stuttgart.
